AREA 1 Old Town:
Fun and funky! This is the original Park City from the mining days. As you
walk around, you will see we started as a mining community. Be sure to
visit the Park City Museum if you want to really learn a bit about the
history. Old town consists of old and new homes and condominiums, on
smaller lots, many with historic features. We offer everything from
original miner's cabins to top of the line luxury homes appointed with the
finest building materials available. You will see and hear, Snyder’s
addition, the Gold Coast, Deer Valley Drive, and Ontario - all locations
within Old Town. Old Town is the heart of activity, with the town lift
making it easy to ski in for lunch from Park City Mountain Resort. Many
fine restaurants, shops and art galleries are located on historic Main

AREA 6 Empire Canyon:
Empire is the newest area of Deer Valley developed in the last 5 years.
Many remember this area as an old run down road that accessed Guardsman
Pass taking you over the top of Deer Valley to Big Cottonwood Canyon, or
Midway. However things have changed! Montage Hotel is the latest addition
right at the base of Empire Canyons. In addition, Talisker Corporation
developed this area and sold several parcels to developers who built
luxury homes and condominiums. Most of these owners belong to the
exclusive Talisker Club and enjoy direct ski access and dial a ride
services in this area. Deer Valley also has another large lodge here
called Empire Canyon Lodge.
